I was wondering, when using REG hair coupons does it only pull from the hairs you get from REG coupons? Or does it pull from both REG and VIP styles?

It pulls from EXP (REG) and VIP hairs.
IIRC there used to be an EXP coupon that would only pull from EXP hairs, but it either didn't exist or was removed. I blame my poor memory.
The EXP coupons pulls from a bunch of VIP hairs, except a select few ugly ones, and the EXP hair from respective towns.
