Von Leon Alliance Event?
Guess that's some type of event with Von Leon's Cyclopses (Basicly One-eyed HULKS.), and you somehow form an "Alliance" with him to defeat them before they destroy Von Leon Castle.
Well, guess that's good. Where else would hackers....wait...

Up coming event? Nice shoulder high five.

Seems to strong for an event, unless it spawns in public areas.
Perhaps an expedition boss?
Something you need to hunt reminds me of PQ and area bosses.
