Found Jack but didn't get Map of Phantom Forest?

Buddy of mine says he completed the Finding Jack quest, but didn't get the Map of Phantom Forest. He has plenty of room in his Set-Up inventory. What else could have gone wrong? And how could he go about getting this map, now that the quest is Complete?

Strategywiki is wrong. You don't get it until you do Lost in Translation.

On top of that, you have to complete 2 other seperate quests as a preresquite before you start that.
