So I decided to see what max the damage range for a level 200 CB was, given that timeless weapons were out, he had 120 base dex, and all perfect equips. My ratio was 1 att=3 luk.

I pretty much took these equips:

56 Luk Katinas=252 in damage range.
140/21 Timeless Dagger=1984.5 in range.
33 att BWG=445.5 in range.
27 att FS=364.5 in range.
15 luk earring=67.5 in range.
48 att MS Shield=648 in range
30 att PGC=405 in Range
Zhelm=67.5
+1 HT=99

And (based of my luk), 897 Luk=4036.5 in range.

I added this all up to get a maximum damage of 8370.

Based on my current ratio, Max damage=minimum * 1.67 (Not sure if it's right.)

This would leave the total range at 5012~8370, being the maximum damage range for a level 200 CB with the same exact capping as me.

Why only +1 on a HT? +3 adds 30 more stats. I believe the Pink Gaia Cape can be 6 att at most.

Earring max would be 28, not 15. +3 from a 30%, +25 from 5 Chaos Scrolls on a Crystal Leaf Earring. Max luk on a Timeless Dagger would be in the 33+ range. Depending on if it has luk on it when it's clean.

Dunno if you took this into your calculations, but a perfect ZHelm is 67 to Luk, Dex, and Str.

I doubt your calculations are accurate due to how the damage formula works anyways.

MIN - Dagger and Throwing Stars - (LUK * 0.9 * 3.6 * Skill Mastery + STR + DEX) / 100 * Weapon Attack

Timeless Dagger 141 \ 31 (not sure if after it levels up it gets Luk or not)

ZHelm - 67 Luk \ Str \ Dex (assuming 17 base)
+3 Pendant - 74 Luk \ Str \ Dex (assuming 8 base)
Face - 22 dex
Eye - 21 dex
Total Att - 280
Total Luk - (897 base + 226) 1123
Total Dex - (120 base + 238) 358
Total Str - (4 base + 184) 188

Range should be...

7641~12848

120 base is a big waste at that point really.Then again, this is all hypothetical. None of this really matters because getting these equips is as close to as impossible as you can get in MS.

Have fun with that. ;D Oh and you have enough total dex+str to be dexless+strless and use a level 190 str-dagger. And there are always eye accessories as well as 2 more upgrades to HT necklace.

Hmm, I knew that you can't currently in any version use the egg more than once on the pendant, but I could have sworn I remember seeing a picture of one with +67 or so. I'm probably just being delusional though.
