...how the pineapple do archers have enough acc to attempt to reach Lower Ascent at low 6x?

I currently have 181 acc at 55; you need 330 at 60 to 100% hit Elder Wraiths. Doing some estimation, I would hit Elders about 22-25% of the time at low 6x. Put on the 70% chance for Bomb to stun, and there lies the problem: just 17% chance to stun the Elder? Sure, I could straight out hope to find a channel without Elders, but I'm more likely to run into a Firebrand head than that. I remember that I couldn't dodge Elders even with Teleport, but it could be something that comes with practice. Still, quite the problem if there are even 2 Elders.

Then don't attack the elderwraiths? Crossbow users don't even have arrow bomb. It's pretty easy to lure elderwraiths correctly once you get used to it, they always adjust to your vertical position, so use the lower steps to your advantage. If there're too many elderwraiths on any particular channel, scroll back to town and switch channels, or if you don't have enough time to use a return scroll, log out immediately. You could also ask for HB in the FM or use the sophilia transformation.

Whenever I couldn't get help, I used a technique I like to call bump and run.

You CAN get hit by CG's and survive I believe. I could at least. What I did was go into a map with 0%! Find a map with either 0 or FEW elder's away from the door. Lure them with you, and bump into the CG's before they fly past you, and run! But go fast this time, and just be smart about your timing, and it should work.

Ah, sometthoughts about this through all the bf crap i went through having to deal with them spawning.

1. get a low level sin, darksight. all the elder wraiths will auto agro him, run to the bottom , die, stay dead.the wraiths will stay mobbed around the sin's dead body. run in with your character.
2. Hb.
3. jump over them(Takes some skill and purely depends where theyre located
4. bump and run. (as stated above)
5. Hit them once, even if you miss, you kb,run through them, (takes a bit of speed gear)

This would work better at the map between Crossroads and the JQ anyway since you don't have to jump over them at all; just have him lure all of them, run to the bottom right, and stay there, then run through the map.

Basically, you just have to run through until you can 100% hit the elders to kill/stun them or puppet them. I honestly went to Lower Ascent at 56 by just running through the map. :f6:
