Im not defecting. I still use both sites, lol. Actually, I stopped posting in most sections of SW a while ago when KoM got exiled (and stuck to only the archer section). If the archer section here runs to the level of SW, I might stop going to SW altogether. Till then, I'll be at both sites, heh (unless I get banned from SW for using this or something). Its just like how I check basil once in a while for info even though I dont post there or whatnot.

Ps. Opeth, are you that ConvoIuted sader I ran into in game a while who got pissed at me at cake? lol.

why exactly did so many of the mods and heavy users get banned from sw? i did read kafros post with alyssas contribution about why she was banned, fake ddos attacks from "stere" and aduras constant request for nude pictures as well as participation in private servers. but damn almost all the mods are gone...

anyway i bring my 2k posts from sw to southperry but i will stil be active at sw because well im awesome and ive never developed any hatred for the site, so no reason not to go back.

I'm over here to check southperry out and hopefully this forum will be active so i can be in here more... But errr.. i only log on sw to be in the Scania, Market, and the errr Social Discussions section. I hardly go into any other section. But yah.. so err anyone wanna fill me in on wat happened? o_O

Well, for one, all/most of KoM was perma banned from sleepywood cause they were in KoM. The reasoning behind it was cause Trunks (Flowsion) was in it and owned a private server so... yeah. *Ban hammer*

As for the mods, Alysha was banned for telling Adura to take back a racial joke he made on the forums. Congee was banned for answering "maybe" to playing private servers in the future (and refused to change it when Adura demanded) and most of the other ones just resigned.

I've pretty much completely switched over... I'm more of a lurker than anything else anyway.

When Fiel left, I didn't know about this place for a week or something. In just that 1 week, the quality of SW seemed to have degenerated a lot, and it hasn't really stopped since... I then found out about SP and how Fiel brought along most of the informative & knowledgeable people (ie. extractors, objective guide makers, people playing other versions, etc.). These are the people that try to find the facts to form their opinion instead of trying to interpret the facts to conform to their predisposed opinion, which is great... That's what made SW worth visiting to me, so it was a no-brainer to switch over.

Finding out about the ludicrous behind-the-scenes behaviour over there didn't hurt either :cool:

I use sw for its endless amount of good guides, thats it. Actually i dont even use it for that anymore... SP is where its at, bitches.
