Does anyone know what drops the Valentine's chocolates? Two years ago when I played, they were so common and filled up your inventory quickly, but now I can't find any. Also, don't the rewards from Ace of Hearts act like safety charms, or am I thinking of another event item?

Wait till February. They enabled it early for some reason. Chocolates aren't dropping. And yes, the quest reward functions as a safety charm.

Expire a week after you get them and due to that not stackable.
