You mean lv. 4 Power Strike? If it's that, then no. (Sure, my skill build is not the best, but it's far from being completely messed up either.)

And why does it seem like this is SW.net all over again, without the messed-up parts of it? (A chunk of members here sound really familiar...) Oh well, I'll figure it out eventually. :wink:
