Hero's Will

I know that it's used to escape buffs, but which ones?

Also, doesn't the data say that the skill has a higher max than the game says? I remember reading that somewhere =O

Hero's Will allows you to escape Seduce (I think that's what it's called), which only Horntail can cast. The max says it's 10, but it's actually only 1.

Two lame things about Hero's Will:
--You can't use it if you're Sealed.
--You can't use it if you have insufficient Pylons (MP).

That's making it look even less useful vs. Horntail.

Future MS area monsters are expected to have the Seduce skill as well, mainly the red bull boss from Time Temple and the Right Hawk Statue (Muigin?), the latter having no limit to Seduce. Instant player killer, oyas!

Does it work on Zombify and Crazy Skull/whatever (the debuff from Ariant PQ that reverses your movement keys)?

Especially since horntail's arms, which cast seduce, can also absorb 2000 of your mp, and the right one can seal you.

Black magician's subordinate and the final boss of Mu Lung dojo also cast seduce by the way.

there are three subordinates in the Cygnus chain: The Doll Master, Magic Transformation and Black Witch the first and last cast seduce

that is only a mage subordinate (lvl30 one) though, the actuall lvl 120 boss (the dark mage itself) also uses it, and i can imagine the other lvl mage bosses in between also use it.

anyways if you are wondering about if you should put a point into the skill or not i would say dont put a point into it yet, unless you are going to horntail as a seduce bait or mellee maybe. but later on you will have to put a point into it at some point because clearly more and more bosses are getting the seduce skill and i think it even works for zombifie.. just "max" it when you start needing it

there is no way we couldve known though, the lvl 10 max in the orriginal tespia 4th job was the one thing that kept us wondering if it would ever get raised but thats it
