Yeah, that's what I did. I've only been on one run and I've been trying to get in another for 3 weeks. More organizers are appearing and in need of SEers. Before you know it, HT will be like zak and you'll have your pendant and egg before you know it :).

Yeah you're right, but I think it's awfully close to being that time to let "outsiders" in. The thing is, I noticed alot of bowmen above guys like Derek (TheTyphoon) and myself have their pendants and most of them have eggs already. It's just the HT runners trust the SEers that have been consistently going on these runs and makes it hard for new ones to get in. However, I believe with new organizers in the mix, it's a great chance to start with a new squad and become one of those guys who HT on a consistent basis. Even I have been contacted to join future runs that people are planning so I don't worry to much about it.
