Im pretty sure gun's are one handed, but they're held on the left hand, like sheilds, Knuckles on the other hand are two handed, because you got a knuckle on the right and left hand, so no they can't use sheilds.

Besides, they wear their Knuckles on both hands.

Infighters, being a brawler type class, wouldnt rely on shields, they would mainly go balls to the wall attacking.
