Demethos: Will you join it?

With the new server coming soon, it's time to start a thread like this.

Will you join Demethos? What job will you be?

I, personally, will not.

I know how it will end. I make a character, get it to lvl 4x about, then quit it and go back on my main (like I did with Yellonde).

Well, maybe I will make another Pirate there to use the free 2x EXP, since I can't have more NX until December :f4:

But.. what WILL you do? :f2:

I won't be moving, but still, I'm wondering why they released a new server so close to Yellonde's release. The only time I've seen servers come out this close to each other was back in the earlier days of Global.

Demethos is going to be so crowded with Pirates. Yellonders will probably ditch their server since it was a mess with Bigfoot and everything...

I wonder how they're going to get their Hyper Body and Heal with the overpopulation of Pirates.

Going to stay on Broa, though. Already made a Pirate there, with a bunch of quest items for the level 10 quests, and he's at 10.99. Plus he can always borrow my Assassin's workglove.

I've already set aside meso and equips for my pirate on Broa, and I really don't feel like transferring anything through MTS. Free 2x for 3 weeks is meh, I really don't feel like being crowded with a bunch of idiots all trying to grind their faces off.

I may transfer to a different server later on, but for now Broa is my pirate's home. :f2:

Nexon realized they f'ucked up with Yellonde so they released a new one early to compensate.

I'm just making my Pirate in Khaini, because I'm not racing ranks...ever... Never did, never will...

Multiple 2xExp Cheat addicts will always "Pwn0rz You", so don't get your hopes up for racing to first place... The cheaters will always win...

Besides that, all my stuff in Khaini, so it's a lot more easy to start here...

No. No point in joining a new server, as much as I hate Scania's community, I've grown too attached to it because of my friends, guildmates, and other allies.

Yellonde failed because it was released a horrible time. Released at the time when everybody was going back to school. :f3: Maybe they learned from that. This one is being released close to Thanksgiving and Christmas break. :f2:

I played Yellonde, but quit after all my friends quit. I tried to keep playing a while later, but it was too hard.

Then I tried going to play my 44 Beginner on Bera again, but I had no friends and no money..so it sucked.

I probably will be a cleric, though. Not a pirate.

Yup, I'm going. I would've done Yellonde, but Yellonde came out at a bad time for me. On the other hand, Demethos is coming out on a perfect time for me. Also, there won't be all that BF drama this time around.
