The interface looks really nice, actually. I prefer this over the old one.

Yeah... all of the Creative Suite 4 products have this really crisp and smooth layout. I love it. :D
I think it works a bit faster than before too, no?

It feels the same to me, but other people might say differently.

This is the Photoshop common version, I have this one too. Still looking for the Photoshop CS4 Extended version but currently not available...

Yeah, all CS4 applications feature a new tabbed interface for working with concurrently running Adobe CS4 programs where multiple applications can be opened inside multiple tabs contained in a single window, with the same user interface.
That ish would probably destroy my PC's RAM.

CS4 is nearly no different than CS3. CS4 has video features and is much more applicable to be used by professional photographers. CS3, though, is more apt to be used by commercial designers, due to its extravegant 3D software in CS3 extended.
Graphic Artists will also have a much better time in CS3.

Well I bet it's torrent... or just the trial downloads from Adobe.com (but the trial only available on mid-Nov)

I've used CS4 Extended for a while now, it's really great, has a lot of features (as a webdesigner) that I love and can use much better now. Colour Correction is easier, slicing is easier (like it was in CS3) and there's lots of new cool features like the 3D Models in Photoshop.
Props to Adobe.
Looks like I gotta find the Ps CS4 Extended version ASAP! (currently using Ps CS4, the common version)
Wah. So beautiful. I wish I could afford it *sigh*.

Is there a free trial out for it?
PS: And some crack-serial numbers.

Hmm...IMO CS3 wasn't that different from CS2. There are a few jumps between CS2 and CS that I prefer (like the selecting multiple layers at once WITHOUT linking them), but I don't much notice anything else.
For the price I'd have to pay to upgrade, I'm happy stickin' with my CS/CS2. =) Plus that looks like it'd be a confusing layout to use at first...hmm... And unless they have super painterly upgrades, like a change in the default brushes to support some kind of watercolor-esque style, I don't think I'll be buying it....

I doubt there is any real drastic changes. Probably just things like, more fonts, brushes are nicer.
Probably just makes everything look neater.
