Just out of those 5 choices? Lol. xD But uh, I haven't watched much anime lately. All I know is they're making FMA "2", and Naruto Shippuuden (in the MANGA), is going quite well right now, but it's quite long and tedious. I already saw FMA, so no point in my picking it as #1, unless I have yet to finish it. >_> Naruto, I guess.

FYI the latest Naruto scanlations is about Pain attacking Konoha and Pain vs Kakashi. Naruto become more interesting!

I don't think the anime is that bad. The manga and anime are pretty equal to me. Dubbed is what I can't motha pineappleing stand though. :f3:

This was nothing more than a popularity contest from the start and that's all contests are really about.

I'm a "slice of life" fag and I know a lot of people can't enjoy the "slow pace" of most series in that sort of genre - ARIA and Sketchbook just to name two that are loved by most.

SO, I WILL VOTE FOR ORENJI-KUN AND HIS FABULOUSNESS.

A "lot" better? I would say no. A little better? I would say probably. It's all in the same league though, really. In fact, every one in that poll EASILY falls under the category of shounen, with the possible exception of Code Geass (I tried watching it once and the art style made me want to vomit diarrhea, so frankly, I'm not all that familiar with that 'ne, even if the universe seemed relatively interesting).

On-topic, FLCL is a great anime, but it's certainly not the greatest either. Sure, if you look past their antics and some of the more random scenes, some has really deep meaning behind it. Like the one episode where Haruko says that she wants to play with Naota's 'guitar', she meant his dick, not his guitar, which is why the screen shifted to his guitar as her and him started to fade away in the background, and etc.

But like I said, it's not the greatest. I used to be a huge FLCL fanboy back then, I made a character called "FLCL Haruko" on Phantasy Star Online, etc. And I downloaded all of the FLCL songs, and so on.

As for Naruto and Bleach, everyone has their differences and opinions on things. It's kinda harsh and impolite to bash other's on their's.

We can sit and argue all day long about which anime is better than the other, but it really is a waste of time since it's a matter of opinion. Sad truth is, kids have poor taste in EVERYTHING. Music, TV, Anime, Games etc.

If you conducted this poll on a more mature forum I can guarantee the top 5 choices would be a lot better.

I have all the season box sets of DBZ, as well as all of the currently released movies. I'm not saying that shounen is BAD, it's just never the best there is.

I really don't like the Death Note anime. The manga, however, is one of the best I've ever read. I voted for FMA, it's a better anime than the others. I've read the manga and watched all their animes.
I agree Bebop should be up there. FLCL though.. I think it's too short to really be able to compete.
