You take 1 Tao of Shadows, 1 Tao of Sight, 1 Tao of Harmony, 100 Black Crystals, 30 Typhon Feathers to Joko the Ninja (or is it Fiona? One of the Crimsonwood Ninjas) and you trade it for 1 set of Balanced Furies.

You do need to have completed the Ninjas' quests to have access to forging abilities.

I have seen two people already in broa with a set each. That was like a couple of days ago. Maybe mid week or so. One guy had no idea how much they went for. He was selling it for like 500mill or a little higher. Give or take a few hundred mill. I don't think anyone new how much they went for. The other guy was selling it for close to if not max mesos.

Crisis, they're probably all over the server now. In Khaini, I've seen dozens upon dozens of sets. They started around 350m, and have deflated from there. I believe the lowest I saw as of Saturday was 250-290m. :X
