It basically means it stacks with other HP increase skills, it increases HP, and it's % based.

Looks like Akyrum isn't easymode anymore :f3:
Still looks easier than empress though, and the drops are arguably MUCH better.
Also, they nerfed magic crash EVEN MORE.

It drops dominator pendant(36 all 5 att/Matt 10%HP/MP 3 slots), and 2 2 att potentialable lvl 50 rings that give a set bonus of 10 att 15 all when worn together.

I doubt they would nerf them given that as a legend class, arans and evans are lacking in comparison to mercedes.

Teleport mastery is an odd choice though given that blink is better for movement around the map.

Not really. Had the training been like before BB where ToT was the place to be, sure, but at LHC and other similar spots Blink sucks.

Those Minar forest monsters seem weaker than the current time ones. I don't see this area being popular for other reason than its quests.

I don't see what is wrong about locking bosses with Magic crash, it requires precision and enough people. Even if KMS thought it made things too easy, 1 minute inmunity afterr worn off is way too long. The inmunity cooldown better start once the skill is casted.

i'm pretty sure you've empress'd, i don't want anything that would make a boss with such a fast damage reflect cast to be out of crash at any time :X i mean, VL has a huge animation, and casts it at the end of it, empress casts it barely at the beginning, and as it has been said before, archers get DR'd almost inmediately. 40 seconds is 40 seconds too long IMO

I think we've all found Nexon's profit cycle:

Create new boss --> Create new classes to fight boss --> Increase the possible of brokenness of items --> Take the previous two and monetize them --> Create new boss --> ...

Also, you guys forget to factor in WDEF for this. Even with a minimal 1000 WDEF you knock off 15% of his damage bringing it down to 25.5k. If you have 7k DEF like most broken Paladins do, you knock that down further to 17.7k damage.

It means i'm 9800HP short... with gaining 24HP per lvlup, that would mean I'm done at lvl579...

No worries. Soon nexon will come out with a super new +hp potion that will give you +10k HP for 10 minutes using Alchemy. You only need to beat empress to get 1 of the ingredients AND you can use the recipe for a whole day! Isn't that a spectacular deal? And that's not all! Now, Nexon will make % HP potentials appear more often and increase the maximum to +20% HP instead of a meager 9%! Now you can have more HP with your HP so you can try to tank as much damage as you possibly can without the need for (a lot of) NX!

And don't worry ranged classes, we know you will never have enough HP to tank a 27k hit, so we introduced SUPER DEFENSE scrolls. This scroll will consume 2 slots for an amazing +500 defense points and +70 HP! and the more you use, the better the stats get! Use the Super defense scroll of the Ancients from the cash shop to make your scrolls consume 1 less slot AND increase the defense and HP exponentially for each pass! increase your

Certain classes are meant to do certain things, just like GB was meant for ranged classes because the high avoid. And I highly doubt you factored in czhelm/chtp into your hp, because killing those impossible without nx bosses don't matter to you. Stop getting on your soap box and preaching how this game is driven by nx. EVERYONE knows this, just because it is doesn't mean you have to spend your life savings on a game, learn to merch, or work hard for money.

1. This has nothing to do with my NX only rants, just poor boss design, plain increasing damage so most ppl die in 1 hit = nothing to do with any skill that could be left in maple.
2. Sure, some classes are better at some things then others, but a boss that is all about 1 hit killing = plain stupid.
3. I have a CZH 10% HP, Rex earring 10% HP and Maple Pendant 7% HP in that HP gear setup, and with HB, I still reach 13k HP at lvl 163... Actually that's quite high for a ranged class.

P.S. Every thought about how Nexon will deal with Black Mage's damage? 50k att range would be a bit low imo... 100k maybe? It won't be any lower since he'll most likely be lvl200 and he's supposed to be the "end boss" and you need a lot of skill if you want to kill him.

Personally, I would much rather get double the exp of LHC by spending an extra 5m per hour on pots o.o

Most classes should be able to survive just not long range. Even then they should be able to stay there distance. Unless you have a retarded warrior who doesn't know how to rush. He shouldn't be that hard. Dual blades would have to use final cut when he summons or when flash banging other than that phantom blow puts much distance between you and the boss monster attacking. You just have to avoid physical damage.

If you factor in stuff like the +hp potions and your defence and arans new and improved duration on combo barrier i think that surviving is possible even for not-washed ranged.

Don't evans have a skill to reduce magic damage as well?:f1:

Edit: They do and that's another 30% reduction when it's on and it lasts for 1 minute and the cooldown is 1½ minute, seems that surviving him will be a question of HP washing or using the defensive party skills that we have available in the game.

Spadow's video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kq5vgyAD0Fc&feature=player_embedded#at=183) of the boss shows that there is a respawn room and seemingly no potion cooldown, so it still shouldn't be that hard if you can do enough damage to it, unless that was changed in this patch.

Most classes? Don't think so! ;)

Also, rushing as a warrior doesn't work when the whole expedition is attacking.

- Arch Mage -> Survive

- Night Lord -> Instant Death
- Shadower -> Survive
- Dual Blade -> Instant Death
- Buccaneer -> Instant Death

- Hero -> Survive
- Paladin -> Survive

What on earth are you talking about?
Any Half decent party would be able to pin it so ranged classes can survive.
Arans will be a must with combo barrier.
Battle mages can survive easily, most high level ones have 20k+ hp.
Bowmasters, marksmen, WH, mechs, NLs, mercedes, and corsairs don't need to be in range of his magic attacks to hit him.
Dual blades have 25% passive dodge, and insane avoid+flashbang.
Cannoneers' main 1v1 att is ranged+they have 25% guard+decent hp.
Buccaneers have demolition iframes.

If you factor in stuff like the +hp potions and your defence and arans new and improved duration on combo barrier i think that surviving is possible even for not-washed ranged.

Don't evans have a skill to reduce magic damage as well?:f1:

Edit: They do and that's another 30% reduction when it's on and it lasts for 1 minute and the cooldown is 1½ minute, seems that surviving him will be a question of HP washing or using the defensive party skills that we have available in the game.

I love how there are so many skills that help survive the ranged classes but the stupidly low party limit almost make it that a party would be 5 classes that help survive a ranged class and the ranged class and the other five are hard to find in that number, if they're actually making future bosses all as hard as this one or more, they should make it so that at least some of those skills work for the entire expedition (e.g. smoke screen), other wise is just a tool for easy party planning (the expedition thing), which guilds that boss are already good at without it.

ETA: BTW don't most bosses have screen sized attacks, how are ranged classes supposed to avoid those (that always makes me angry, since what the point of being ranged when the boss can just use one of those skills)?

Warriors using their rush skill ignores kb rate. However, I believe that Akryum's skill that sends his serpent out at you is long range enough to hit us ranged classes.

Just so you know, Dragon Rider boss has 99,999,999 knockback, and I've seen it pinned before (unless the boss has short KB animation like Rex or Cygnus Knight mobs.)

Don't know why you'd be fighting the supposedly hardest boss in the game without top end equips anyways, but keep whining please.

It's not like him touching you is a big deal, no wheel usage and no exp loss.
Im not sure what kind of parties you've been in, but any half decent party should be able to kill it easily.

I'm actually really looking forward to this boss, and I haven't HP washed one bit. Considering the Body Boost glitch where invincibility lasts 60 seconds if another bam is giving you blue aura, I would have a blast here :D
