Wait till 10. Waiting until Level 30 is by far a dumb move.

Hi Zayfe :D
If you level to 30, you'll lose out on some of the hp/mp since pirates get more hp/mp per level up. You'll still get all your SP though.

The more dedicated people level up higher than 10. They'll lose a lot of HP and MP, but lots of HP washing will (hopefully) remedy that situation.

Can you add a poll to this? btw, people only make them level 29, so that they can still do the 2nd job advancement at 30:glitter:

10, I don't really feel like spending like 200m on exchange quest items.

What are you talking about? You don't need to spend 200m on anything.

Well, training a beginner to level 30 is difficult, and using exchange items is probably the easiest way to level it up.

It was a typo. It's more like 100m, lol. I would rather spend around 400k in pots than spend 100m in exchange quest items to level from 10-29.
10. Since I'm going to be a gunslinger, I'll be missing out on 5xx HP by going to 30, and that's a lot. If you're a brawler it's still pointless; even though they have tons of HP I'd rather have 500 HP than 1m~ EXP more.

Meh, I wanna enjoy 1st Job fully as a Pirate, so my Brawler-to-be is at level 10. :P

The thing is that it's only 660k exp.

I'm at level 31, the 1 SP i could have put into hp increase wouldn't have made the difference for the level up as I will be hp washing later on.

I stayed at 10, the HP/MP didn't even occur to me until like 2 weeks ago, I've just been planning to EQ as a pirate. Seemed easier... don't ask how.

I stayed at 10.
The whole point of making a pirate is to play a pirate, so I'm not looking to skip the whole first job experience just for the sake of being higher leveled.

Level 10 and 95%, enough exchange and quest items to get me to about 19 immediately.
After that I'll train. I'll need someone in Mardia to show me how CPQ works.
Well, training a beginner to level 30 is difficult, and using exchange items is probably the easiest way to level it up.
I collected all of them on my bowmaster. I just watch tv and hold hurricane down at flyeyes.

Yeah i think starting at level 10 is ridulous, unless you wanna be #1 pirate I suggest you dont do it. :f6: :f3:

Normally I would start at level 0 the day of, but Maple Island will be jam packed. Im preparing a pirate to level 10 early to avoid going through a similar battle in Maple Island as Yellonde was the first day it was out.
Obviously wont probobly be like Yellonde because most people have the brains to prepare before hand, but I would still rather get it over with early so I dont spend that first annoying 20 minutes being tortured by anticipation.
-so excited =3-
