Say hello to the first guild/group in Yellonde to sell Zakum helmets to the public (Yay!). Here is the basic information about how to buy a helmet from us, the process, questing and pricing information, etc. Once everything is ready to go, we'll get you your helm in no time! :)
Current Pricing:
• Regular = 50m. This means you get 1 try only to get your helmet.
• VIP = 85m. This gives you unlimited tries to get your helmet.
Requirements:
• Level 50+
• Completion of Zakum Quest 1, 2, and 3 (http://forums.playpark.net/showthread.php?t=5301) with at least 1 Eye of Fire in your inventory.
• 1950 HP without HB, 3120 with HB (excluding Mage & Priest)
System Requirements: (If you opt to go into the Zakum battle yourself).
• 512MB + of RAM
• 128MB + Video Card
• Stable High Speed Internet (DSL, Cable, T1, FiOS, etc.)
Schedule:
Everyday at varying times between 5:30 PST and later. We will let you know.

Why purchase Zakum helmets from Essence?
Essence is the only guild selling Zakum helmets in Yellonde at the moment, and have sold to many buyers already. All of our runners are experience and do everything we can to get you your helmet :).
Can I play my own character to acquire a Zakum helmet?
Yes, you can play your own character if you want to, and if you choose to do so, you MUST pay attention to every direction given by the run leader.
I don’t think my connection/computer can handle Zakum, can you help?
If you are unsure your connection/computer can handle Zakum, we can have a trusted guild BP(Buyer Player) play your character. There is no additional charges for this service, both Reg. and VIP can have this done.
Will I get hacked by submitting my account info to Essence?
As stated previously, Essence is a 100% non-scamming, reliable guild. You have the option of stripping your character prior to the Zakum run. Furthermore, only a few trusted guild memebers are selected to be BPs. Your info will be given to ONLY one BP. We do advise you to change your info right away after you acquire your Zakum helmet from us.
What is the difference between Regular and VIP purchase?
All Regular helmet purchases will be on a first come first serve basis. VIP purchases however have priority over Regular purchases. If you want your helmet ASAP and do not want to wait on the Regular list, we advise you to buy a VIP helmet. Also, regular buyers on have ONE chance to obtain their helmets. After that, if you do not receive it, you must pay again.
How does your looting system work?
All VIP buyers will loot in order followed by all Regular buyers looting in order. Please do not loot until you are told, looting out of order will result in a 50m penalty fee.
I don’t have the required HP stated, what should I do?
Current we can supply 90 HP Earring, 110 HP top, 105 HP pants, and an emergency tube for level 60+ for a total of 455 HP.
If you need to use our HP equips, something of value will be asked of you as collateral for the equips to avoid theft.

I can’t seem to finish the Zakum Quests, can Essence help?
Yes, just let the person you contact know that you need help with your quests and they will be able to help you from there.
What types and how many pots will I need for the Zakum run?
Mages – 600 Ginger Ales
All other classes – 600 Cheeses
What if I die / DC during the Zakum run?
If you die during the run, one of our bishops will resurrect you, however if all resurrections are used up, you will be placed on the next available run. If you DC during the run, you will be placed on the next available run. You will not lose your loot order. Please note: all pots you used for that run will NOT be compensated. In the case that a BP is on your account, and in the unlikely circumstance that they DC, you will be compensated for the pots used.
What if I finish the Zakum run and not enough helmets dropped?
You will be moved up the loot order, and your pots used will be compensated.
Does Essence accept any other forms of payment?
Currently Essence only accepts pure mesos.
What is your refund policy?
In the unfortunate circumstance that you request a refund, we will be refunding the full amount of your purchase minus 10%.
