Well, I've been thinking about how to make Maplestory have interesting jobs... And welp, I came to this conclusion: We need to think outside the box.

For now I'll only post one class, I have better stuff to do, but hey, this is entertaining at least. Consider these as new resistances, heroes or whatever. They have potential for whatever.

NEW MAGICIAN BRANCH: Mage of Time and Space. I'm not gonna lie. I'm not used to mages. So feel free to contribute. Also, just sharing some ideas. Not a final build, of course :p

1st job: No changes that I can think of :p

2nd job (Wizard of Time and Space):
-Teleport, for sure.
-Reality crush: It's basically the normal attack for these mages. It's neutral, and goes through walls. Basically, it bends reality to crush the space where the monsters are, dealing damage, but not too much.
-Slow: Same skill, basically. Remember it, though, and you'll see.
-Portal: Creates a disruption in the fabrics on space, that lets anyone in their party to teleport to another point in the map. Basically, a mechanic's portal, only no self destruct.

3rd job (Mage of Time and Space):
-Teleport mastery. That's a given.
-Chronological Desynch: Basically, slow's big brother. Not only slows down the monster, but also all its incoming attacks, even projectiles from it. Has a cooldown though, if it is going to work on bosses, so Slow is also there, but not stacking.
-Record/Recover: Basically, it's a skill that lets you remember a moment of your timeline, and restore your current body with whatever state you had at that time. It has a cooldown, but has a quite cool feature. If you die, you can restore yourself to when you were still alive! However, keep in mind that this will triple the cooldown, and only works on yourself. Also, all cooldowns are restored to what you had previously. So if you aren't careful, you might have to wait even more for a particular skill.
-Black Hole: This is a heck of a skill. You cast it on one place, and keep damaging heavily on that spot. Not outside An stationary boss may be able to disable it after enough hits, for compensation. Also slowly pulls monsters to it.

4th job: Archmage of Time and Space
-Overclock: Just cast this advanced version of booster makes everyone in the party move at x2 the speed when maxed... Even the attacks, falling animation, invincibility frames, EVERYTHING. Has a cooldown, too.
-TIME PARADOX: Go back in time to alter the past of the monsters in a huge area. Yes, this is exactly like an ultimate, only this one looks awesome. The screen basically glitches, and all monsters reached glitch out, and basically, if it kills them, it means you killed them before in the timeline, resulting in their erasing from this moment. Drops don't even animate, they just appear instantly where they should be when the glitching goes away.
-Pause: A second ultimate, kinda, only this one just freezes in time everything in a distance for a short time. Also, cooldown. And, it won't kill them until they come back to the normal time stream.
-Summon: Time Imp. Basically, a "thing" That jumps in time. Upon cast, they'll jump to the future, so they'll disappear to reappear a bit later. Then, it will attack (Maybe his future self will pop up, and attack along him), and maybe, go back in time, to attack with its own past itinerations. It's like seeing twice, thrice, etc, and scripted, but feels awesome nontheless. The single fact of having a single point on this skill will also make imps sometimes appear near you without any notice, probably stranded from another point in the timeline, or being a future itineration of an imp you'll eventually summon.

What's that?

Also, edited in a second job skill, and edited the time imp a bit.

It doesn't sound very fun until like third job.
Maybe add a bit more flair to second to make it more unique?
Cause honestly 2nd sounds really boring and almost painful to play for 50 levels (and probably another 10 more before your 3rd jobs skills are useful).

Black hole reminds me of Singularity from mass effect :x Really cool idea. There needs to be a few more skills though.
