I didn't know Kajiura Yuki was involved in this. :glitter:

Also, Kotomine Kirei must be Chuck Norris incarnate.

I have no idea what this is, but the intro with the moon is really pretty.

It's about seven magi who each summon seven Heroic spirits as "Servants" to compete in a savage battle royale known as the Holy Grail war. The Holy Grail grants the winner one wish once all of the other servants have been slain. Kiritsugu Emiya, the protagonist, is a man who believes that he must save as many people as possible, so long as the the number of human lives sacrificed to attain this goal does not exceed the number of people saved. He enters the holy grail war and summons the Saber class Servant, Arthur Pendragon, to realize his lifelong wish: to obtain the Holy Grail.

In the course of his fight for the holy grail he loses many things, but when he finally reaches the Holy Grail the artefact turns out to be nothing like what he'd wished it would be be..

The novel was awesome, Kajiura Yuki is awesome, and Ufotable is awesome, so I'm expecting a lot from this anime.

Just making sure of something. Is this an anime "series," or an anime "movie?" The Unlimited Blade Works movie suffered heavily from not having enough time to cover all of the necessary character development, and I don't want to see that happen again!

It's a series.

Yeah, Unlimited Blade Works kinda butchered Lancer's character, role and fights to save time. :\

I find it hilarious how they over glorify anime by using hollywood type music with dynamic sound and dramatic graphics for a more intense effect. Lmfao

hollywood type music

Thy shall be burned to death, and then revived. And then burned again.

Can't say that her style suits F/Z though. F/Z's just... not dramatic enough, but we'll see.

I personally would've settled with a remix of the OST already released.

/Type-Moon ho, so obviously looking forward to this.

Hollywood has nothing on Kajiura. :f1:

Where are you getting the similarity from? If it's epicness, then no, that's not an attribute only Hollywood music can have.

And anyway, from what I understand of her musical history what she's inspired by is anything but Hollywood's music.

Yeah, I wasn't really expecting her to get roped in either. But I suppose she did the music for Kara No Kyoukai, so it wasn't all that unlikely.

It's a series.

Thank God for that then! :f2:
