Skyrocketing bow prices buhhhh?

So I went on a 2-month hiatus, and I went on my first circuit of FM yesterday, and found that a 123 atk 2-lined Last alien bow sold for 1.1b.

1.1...b...what the--

And then a friend told me he sold a clean 101 atk 2-liner for 7xxmil. WHAT IS THIS I DON'T EVEN

In Broa, at least, bow prices are stupidly inflated. Is there a rumor mill about a bow-based legend class, or what? O_o;; Am I just missing the second advent of BMs? Did everyone decide to jump on the STRless train? now I'm considering selling my ranger's Last bow, but I'm mostly just baffled.

I doubt the complete lack of any new bows since VPQ went so long ago (:f4:) is helping, but as far as I know, there is no good reason for a mass inflation right now

STR-less train thanks to Ultimate Adventurers, I would think. Last Bows are quite rare, and I would imagine STR-less archers would pay a pretty penny for one of those.

While that is a good reason, not even Last Visitor Guns went for that high and that was with the Mechanic patch. O.o

Or do you mean overpowered Alien equips? Yes... those are rare now...

But don't forget, people invest hundreds / thousands of dollars in cubing. Would you ever sell an item that you payed 1000 dollars for to create for 2 billion mesos? Don't think so!

Even if these people quit, they take those items along with them in their grave. So they still have a "good feeling" about their "investment", since it's still "theirs" and they can still be powerful when they return to maple, someday...

..I don't why you still think that Maplestory consists of 35 year olds who spend their salary on maplestory. Players are 17-18 year olds who spend their parttime money on maple, and if not maple, other dumb shit. It's just a shallow view point to be honest.

O.o how do you spend 1000$ making a bow lol.... i wasted all of my mesos i had saved up my whole time playing to make a 170 att VIP bow <3 and used 2 normal enhances on it haha
