The creepy heart monsters drop some pretty nifty items. I know because it announces to the whole world when a good item drops from one of them. I have seen those gold hammers as well as 15% white scrolls.

The event says something about a 30day love contract and a 100 day love contract for getting those rings.

You have to buy some agreement in the Cash Shop, and stay married for 30 days, that will get you the 30 day ring. Repeat for 100 days for the 100 day ring.
