Region Mistake

So...I recently reformatted my PC and mistakenly set the computer to think it's in the UK. (I'm in East Coast USA.) The clock is set at 24 hours, and when I load up IE I get this: http://uk.msn.com/?ocid=iefvrt

There anyway to set it straight?
