Yea, tons of them. The one I'm referring to specifically is dealing with accounts.

When I joined MapleStory, I just joined for fun. I didn't think to write down the extra information or anything of the sort. While I have the email and all of the other information, I don't know the answer to the current Secret Question (YOU PICKED ONE QUESTION AND ANSWERED IT AS YOUR SECRET QUESTION, THERE WAS NO SUCH THINGS AS "2 SECRET QUESTIONS" <___< ).

So I logged a ticket trying to find some kind of conclusion to be reached. All I got was this:

I'm sorry for the confusion. However, as you have noticed, the website now requires the answer to your Secret Question 1 and not your Secret Question 2. All accounts are required to answer this question at the time of registration. I will not be able to reset it for you, give you the answer, or change the website to ask for your Secret Question 2.

It is our policy not to give account information to users due to security reasons. Please remember, you are required to enter valid information during registration. It is your responsibility to remember your account information. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Sincerely,

GM Daliah
Nexon America, Inc.

First of all, I JUST registered a new account a few days ago for the Refer-A-Friend event. I definitly chose ONE Secret Question from a huge list of like 10 and then gave my ONE answer to it. <_<

I know there are security reasons, but Nexon REALLY needs to find some kind of way to recover the answer or reset it or SOMETHING. Anybody else think something needs to be done? :/

Actually, the opposite happened to me. I didn't know my first SQ, but I do know the current SQ :f2: I know that you had to have 2 SQ's when you signed up, but yeah, they should let you have some way to find out your SQ and answer.

Well, the way I look at it is this:

You have to know the ID.

You have to know the original password, but you CAN get a password reset to something random.

The name used is stated when looking in the Support area. It says Customer (First Name) (Last Name) or something of the like.

You have to know the Secret Question answer.

You have to know the birthday.

You "supposedly" have to know the email although there is an easy glitch to get an email for an account. *Rather not give it out since I don't want Nexon to remove it <_<*
