Donald is now the new Parcel Delivery handyman. This NPC replaced Duey in all of the maps and the UI.
A few skills were changed:
Dawn Warrior - Brandish now starts off as invisible
Battlemage - Body Boost now requires level 10 in all of the (hidden) Body Boost skills. Yeah, I don't get it either. I think Body Boost is going to be glitched. Just FYI, KMST does not list the same skill requirement.
The following mobs had their stats changed: Wild Monkey, Mama Monkey, White Baby Monkey, White Mama Monkey, Blue Goblin, Red Goblin, Strong Stone Goblin, Ravana

You're not supposed to have Brandish as a Soul Master until level 100.

Brandish > Driver for bossing.

at fast(4), 2 brandishes takes 1500ms and 1 driver takes 1440ms.

there arent any good bosses until zak at 110. driver > brandish on arms. the dps boost provided by FA is marginalized by driver's sick ability to clear spawned mobs, which any group would be grateful for because 20-30 man zak runs are a thing of the past and SOMEONE has to do the dirty work while everyone else spams their ridiculous single target skills.
at 120, there is pap. your KoC may as well be a crack mule.
in cwkpq, brandish can do an average 3037.5% in 2 hits, while driver can do 3000% in 1. driver wins marginally, since its a hair faster.
for pianus, you have a case because its a single target and FA does more than just play catch up.

did i miss any? you cant hit scar/targa, anego, ht, pb, grandpa, or toad, and most minibosses die too fast for you to care anyways.

why would you do anything besides train on a 10x-120 cygnus anyways? its like game over. play something with higher level end game content instead. its a mini echo mule at best right now, and a 24 att mule in the future.

1. Have you bossed at 120? SMs are decent at Pap (and I make a slight profit off of it even if nothing notable drops).
2. Debuffs = Brandish charges Combo faster. Pap and Pianus' debuffs mean that to charge combo up again, you have to hope for 5-8 Drivers before it debuffs again. Brandish is faster.
3. I've only been waiting for Mechanic and UA. Now that one of them has come out I'm switching out.

if i was gonna do either pap or pianus, i wouldnt do it on my dw since i have a hero. i use my dw as a crack mule because there are better uses for a crack than a character that cant gain exp. you can probably even make more money farming cracks than using them on your dw.

even if my dw was my highest character, id just use him to help train another character up to a useful level. without serious amounts of content directed at characters with maxed levels, its pointless for them to be anything more than mules.

It'll be fine if you can get a free pass at least once per day. For me, I dont care to play maple for more than 30 minutes per day anyway since there has been no interesting content for the past half year (filler + disapointing BB + uninteresting new classes that dont give a promised ring + demotivating removal of VPQ + demotivating removal of elemental bonuses + excessive bullshitting from Nexon and Hime whom the Native Americans call Shitting Bull).

For Pianus, I cant even find one on a sever with 19 channels.

I find it kind of dumb that they re-locked Brandish. Yes, i know, from 70-100 you dont even use it anyway, but Crusaders get brandish at 70 now and i thought that was actually a new change for DW because of that. Just seems more logical to get it at 70 now. Oh well.

With as many people complaining about the missing resistance rings and guessing about Donald's "specific" functions, I'm surprised no one has put the two together. I mean there's no guarantee, but my guess is that his first delivery will be our shiny new rings. :glitter:

Body Boost works still. It's grey'd out however, but you can still click and drag the icon from the skill list.

It seems they put the wrong Skill ID for required skill when creating/modifying it.

Body Boost still works even if one of the Basic Auras aren't maxed, so that rules out requiring all 3 of them to be level 10+, for now at least.

Lets say: Dark Aura 20, Yellow Aura 20, Blue Aura 3
Body Boost Dark and Yellow Aura work still, Blue Aura however won't.

Wasn't that only because Galicia took such a long time to come out and I'm obviously not counting Dementos as a catalyst for Yellonde becoming non-New. Then again, feel free to correct me, I don't know when any of the servers came out. For you, MTS NX making is crap, for others it is quite a successful NX generator, I wish it didn't require me to logout of Galicia for me to engage in it.

It is guessed at that in the copypasta of BB, Nexon removed elemental bonuses from the weapons only because KMS does not have them or the data. It is also guessed at that stating the changes were intentional only occurred because it was the easiest response to make. Reinstatement of the bonuses or not, compensation was promised and they seemingly reneged on it (with a month passed and the thread closed).

Obviously I have two reasons to be upset. They stole from the players and lied about compensation, and of course I wont let go of the issue untill I quit playing MS. I worked hard on my character and his equipment, and I'm going to fight to get back what I paid for.

Then about the only thing to try to get some response from them would to be bombard the twitter and facebook with requests for a status update on the compensation.
The good thing about that is they can't readily ignore it, and being public the more people who see it and chime in the more un-ignorable it becomes.

Abusing a 3rd party site sounds like a good idea, but bombarding them might not be the best course of action. Just making sure that there is at least one Ewand comment on the front page at all times should work.

If your skill disappeared from your book, that means your SP is locked into that skill until you unlock the skill. When you unlock the skill, the skill will appear in your book with the SP you have already put into it.

Nevermind I finally logged in against my better wishes and find brandish still in working condition. No issues here. :)

edit: Oh and to answer the question about brandish is simple. I used the sp reset to put 1 in driver and max brandish because I have never used
brandish before and it is fun to use (I tried it for a little bit with 1 point into it just to see and I liked it).

So yeah I have done the driver and it's just not as fun to use in my opinion that is all.
