Question for Scania!

Are Elemental Wand 7's (Ice) easily tradeable for Elemental Wand 5's (Fire)?

I've been looking for an E.W 5 in Broa, but they seem really rare (only seen one).

So I was wondering if Fire wands are more common in Scania so I could possibly transfer the Ice wand to Scania to trade for Fire, and if anyone would trade me if I did.

Wand 5 is quite rare in Scania. I have yet to see one. Wand 7 = more in demand, plus more common, so assuming from this information, probably since Wand 7 is more in demand.
