[HELP] Hacking Attempt Detected Error

Im always getting this "Hacking Attempt Detected" error but i dont have any programs running. just maplestory. Im getting this error since the last patch. im getting pissed because its so random sometimes it dc's me on my solo pap and other boss run. Anyone know how to fix this?

Turn off/Pause your antivirus(es) before you run Maple.

Turn them back on after you've done.
