I stopped caring about making it look better months ago.

A bit too many spoilers in my opinion. Instead of spoilers, use variations in bolding, colors, text size, or even font it you want to start/end a section.

I tried to make it as easy to navigate as humanely possible. I'll work on making it prettier (which includes removing spoilers) later ^^

Lol, gross overuse of spoilers.

Sorta reminiscient of Raizoo's guide on SW before it disappeared. That was more detailed though (it listed like a billion alternate ways to go about every build), but only dealt with 3rd job. And... even though it had a bunch of spoilers too, it somehow wasn't as... blatant. Lol.

Is the page stretching from the spoilers or is it just me or something? >.>

Glad you included Copious's mobbing build. Inferno ftw.

I'd like my build up there but it's nowhere near organized enough. I had 1 Rain when I maxed Inferno at 93 :f6:

B> Someone to make this Guide prettier (Way too busy with School and stuff to bother)

Fix it up, and I'll add it. ^^

Copious build is also good for Himes, soloing or otherwise. In theory, at least. I'd test it out, but I don't have a ranger, much less one with maxed Inferno.

That's easy to do, any BM with max Inferno can run around Himes without SE or Strafe keyed.

The Order of Importance in the Skill Build should be as follows:

Sharp Eyes
Expertise
Hurricane/Pierce
Concentrate/Snipe
Maple Hero
(All other skills are up to the player’s needs, at least in my opinion)

I lol'd at the idea that pierce would come before MW much less that its on the same ground as Hurricane. Pierce isnt even viable to train anywhere beyond Gobies, and by the time you get say 21 pierce, 10 SE, and any level of boost, you should probably be in newties already.

I dislike how Arrow Rain/Eruption is actually put to 30, instead of left at 28 for a while.
Put some colour on it. It's very annoying to read.

I have already undertaken revisions of the 4th job section... feel free to look at the work in progress at the AGF site. i have everything done or almost done except sample marksmen start builds, and that's cause i need help from 140+ MM's with that.

What about an FA-Less : PKBless build for 2nd job hunters? D:

I have everything except FA maxed but, my PKB is lvl 1 I currently have 9 Extra SP Left and I don't want to put it in PKB Because, I won't use it as a ranger or BM, I doubt I'd need it at newts or skelegons.

Should I max The blessing of amazon and focus?

Edit : And Also Mortal Blow will be there if they get too close.

Honestly, even if you never use PKB besides in 2nd job, it'd be more useful than Blessing. You'll get max Focus if you added it in 1st job, and blessing...

Accuracy is totally useless for an archer.

Sharp Eyes

Sharp Eyes is high priority to the Fourth Job Archer as it steadily increases in power each level and every point increases the duration for an extra ten seconds. Anytime a Mastery Book is obtained focus on putting points in this book should highly considered.

This is misleading; even though it does steadily increase, the difference in damage alone from level 1-30 is only +29%(+111% at level 1, +140% at level 30). After SE lasts a decent ammount of time it's more useful to any archer to max expertise for more stable damage and, then go on to hurricane(not sure where a MM would go).

I am DEFINATLY revising the 4th job section as soon as I get a 4th job Marksman that knows what he's talking about.

Techno's in a guild full of them, isn't he? Have him ask.

Winry is lv 170 and she knows what she's talking about. I'm lv 160 and agree with what she posted.

Commonly, a MM will get boost, se, mw, and then quit.

After those three, it's based on book availability.
If you can get your hands on frostprey books, lvl 11 is decent, so is lvl 21. (I'm looking at an extra 8~11.5k damage per atk on top of the 3 second freeze.)
Blind is useful if you're spamming AE everywhere (such as top in skelegons or in guardians).
Snipe is useful in regular parties if you have 30 points RIGHT NOW and have enough snipe30 books available to pass it (i failed 9 personally).
Finally, Pierce, Pierce isnt usable in training anywhere outside of gobies, in the time it takes for you to take down 4~6 gons with pierce, AE would've beaten that time. Plus considering a need for 11~21 db to help with mobbing purposes, its the most point heavy requirement of the 4 choices, and while flashy, it just isn't going to speed up your training.

Isn't Arrow Blow at level 19 stronger than level 20 now?

Level 01: MP - 7 / 190% Damage
Level 02: MP - 8 / 193% Damage
Level 03: MP - 8 / 196% Damage
Level 04: MP - 8 / 200% Damage
Level 05: MP - 9 / 203% Damage
Level 06: MP - 9 / 206% Damage
Level 07: MP - 9 / 210% Damage
Level 08: MP - 10 / 213% Damage
Level 09: MP - 10 / 216% Damage
Level 10: MP - 10 / 220% Damage
Level 11: MP - 11 / 223% Damage
Level 12: MP - 11 / 226% Damage
Level 13: MP - 11 / 230% Damage
Level 14: MP - 12 / 233% Damage
Level 15: MP - 12 / 236% Damage
Level 16: MP - 12 / 240% Damage
Level 17: MP - 13 / 243% Damage
Level 18: MP - 13 / 248% Damage
Level 19: MP - 13 / 283% Damage <-- This is not a typo. It is 283%.
Level 20: MP - 14 / 260% Damage

What about the avoid?

That's something it would be useful for. Training solo at newts, less hits on me.

Sure max focus, but he's talking about blessing which only adds accuracy and is thus useless.

Mind if I talk to you in-game sometime? I really need to get the 4th job section up to speed.

After that, I'll remove some spoilers and make it prettier =P
