MP formula for NL's at Big Bang?

I want to know if there's a new minimum MP formula, and if anyone has an idea how much MP gets removed when using an AP Reset + how much HP is gained when resetting MP to HP.

If anyone has those answers or a link, it will be a lot of help.

Ohhhh thank you, wow, that means I have more extra MP at Big Bang than I do now, but it can also mean when resetting it might deduct more. Hmm.
