Remember how when Mushroom Shrine was first released and the quests you did there went into the Victoria Island Section? Well, with this patch Nexon fixed that by moving them to the World Tour Section.

Were Singapore quests under World Tour before? If they weren't, they are now.

On a related note, is the Is this a dream? quest still available to be obtained? Does it still require all those Blackhole missions completed?

Yes, if you did not do the event stuff during the event, you are screwed.
