technically, onemanga is still up, its their online viewer that is dead.
mangastream comes to mind for shonen jump titles.

Great site for quality. I usually go to www.animefreak.tv too, though it's mostly anime-related stuff. They sometimes have new manga up. If you're looking for some mainstream and popular manga, go there. They upload it pretty fast.
