Ultimate Strafe on frozen enemies.

Hi there,

I've searched around the forum and the internet trying to find this information but have come up short. Right now in GMS, using strafe on a frozen enemy has a 3% chance of an instant kill. Does ultimate strafe also have that % chance of instant kill?

I don't see why not, but so far I haven't seen it.

I'm fairly sure that Strafe no longer has any insta-kill properties.
