All "Bot Catchers" were turned into normal mini mini bosses because they couldn't stop botters and were a waste of time. They spawn frequently and are only about as strong as the mobs in the map.

Nope. And any skill replaced by a new one will get the old skill's mastery, so a Hero with Brandish 30 will have Brave Slash 30.

Its similar to buying new laptops/computers when you can buy the same model at a much
cheaper price in the future.

They increased the mob ratio and added new portals to warp you around making maps more trainable.

Such as the werewolf/rexton (great place for i/l, f/p, paladins? 130+) map that's popular for early 4th job training.

Work on quests for quest medal, randomly kill a goby house. Look back, see pinkish mastery book behind monster drops. FINISHING BLOW 20. IT WORKS.

tl;dr Gobies drop Finishing Blow 20. Not that this helps anyone since their spawn is so nerfed >>

I've been at werewolves from lvl 126-13x looking for FD20 and Para30. Nothing. Is there an idea as to the drop rate % on these beyond the usual repeated "rare" or "really rare"? I've also told that Para30 doesn't drop at werewolf at all and the list was wrong. Huh?

drop rate is very low for mastery books, it took me many many hours of 2x drop just to find the book i needed.

Wild Arrow Blast 20 is dropped by Homunculus I believe.
Crossbow Expert is the same as Marksman Boost, so refer to those monsters to hunt it.
