[Five Second Pose]

Rules

1. The game will cycle between Night and Day, beginning with Night 0. Killing will work on Night 0.

2. Days and nights will last 24 hours each, or until majority/all actions are in.

3. Role PMs and result PMs may not be traded.

4. If you don't want to use your Night Role, please send a PM to me with the title 'Night x - Idling' anyway. This at least shows you're paying attention to the game.

5. Lynch votes must be bolded. No Lynch is an acceptable vote. Please make sure that you unbold obsolete votes. In the event of a tie, neither user will be lynched.

6. There are items in this game.

7. Do not screenshot anything related to the game.

8. Do not talk about the game with or in front of living players while you are dead, unless allowed to by the host. You may still plan with your teammates, but only for the sake of planning strategies.

9. Do not impersonate other players or me. You may not fake logs, including logs with me.

10. If you have any questions about your role or the game please don't hesitate to contact me. If I'm on IRC I'll be on #southperry.

11. IRC is required.

12. The game ends when any win condition is fulfilled. All win conditions involve destroying every other faction.

13. There are 18 players in this game.

14. Priorities are set and kept secret. However, they can be changed through the use of abilities and items.

15. It is recommended that you create IRC channels on irc.gamesurge.net for the people you know you can trust. Give me access to these channels so I can keep an eye on what's going on. 16. Villagers are not allowed to PM each other, only to converse on IRC so I can keep an eye on you without using mod powers.

17. There are 2 mafia factions (The Void, the Banished) and one village faction (The Ragtags). There may or may not be neutrals.

18. Items may be distributed to others. PM me with "Give ITEM to USER".

Okay, so mafia is a game where the uninformed majority (village) is against the informed minority (mafia). Each faction (whether they be village or mafia) has to kill all members of the other faction. During the nights, the mafia kills people. The mafia know who is on their side, unlike the village. Also during the night, anyone with any kind of night ability can use it if they choose to. Doesn't matter what it is, so long as your PM says "PM Rayquaza2233 at night with whatever". Once the night is over and day breaks, all the players come together and vote on one person to lynch. Whoever gets the most votes is killed. This is how the village is supposed to go about winning the game. Any questions?

And deadline. The massive group of Pokemon gather to see what happened during the night. In the middle of the square, you see an adorable but dead body that looks like it was blasted by some dark energy. Lord Xela is no more.

First of all, thanks for the role randomizer, it really helped. xD You are Jirachi, the Wish Maker. However, it is a slightly more sinister ability you will be using to aid your Ragtag allies in this battle. At night, you may PM Rayquaza2233 with “Night x – Iron Head USER”. The target will flinch and be unable to do anything that night. In addition, you are also holding a Choice Scarf. The holder of this item will move first in the priority bracket, barring any moves that go first no matter what. You win if the Ragtags are the last faction standing.


In other news, you find that ElectricSix is missing, but there's no evidence to suggest he's been killed. You all assume he's alive but missing.

So I'll tell you this right now, since many may not know this and I assumed you did. There are three roles considering essential to a village : the hooker, the inspector, and the BG/Healer. Your hooker died and your inspector was idle, so the village is right now at a huge disadvantage. Hooker makes a person unable to use their night action (if there's a kill missing, there's a chance this was good work by the hooker), the inspector finds out a person's full role PM, and a BG/Healer negates kills on one night (the second most likely reason a kill was missing). Now, there was only one kill tonight when there should've been two. Take that for what you will.

And don't be foolish; that IRC room is for certain people to talk. If they don't want you there, it's because they don't trust you. Considering Holypie kicked you, I'd say it's justified, especially since I'm sure he was in the process of setting up a password for the room when you went in (and because you can't discuss without Ray there).

I think it's possible that there's a reason behind us not getting a clue today, maybe that's someone's item or night action, since connecting clues to Pokemon rather than players doesn't really give any useful information at all.

On the off chance it does lead us to something though, judging by the description of the attack I'd assume it's a dark, psychic, or ghost type. Which one, I don't know. Plus my knowledge of Pokemon ends with the first 250.

The only other option I can think of is to vote randomly and cross our fingers, but this early in the game we have a better chance of offing one of our own than killing mafia.

Not much, just that i wasn't allowed to interact with anyone, guessing Holypie had the same thing happen. Seems likely that it's someone's ability, though what it is exactly and who has it is up for debate, well other than HolyPie and I don't have it. XP

Quick thoughts : ironically, the one mafia that tried to work together (Banished) was the one that got picked apart so easily. Chompy was Drapion, for the most part his action was the one I was missing every night, he only used it once on Mira. In the hands of a not-idle player, the silencer usually works out much better. The game wasn't balanced as much as mafia games usually are, this was more of a test of my ability to run a game.

Mantine and Remoraid, should they have found each other, would've been given the power to run away from the game every even night. It would've looked like an additional kidnap to you guys, but they would've been safe.
