My girlfriend is having trouble starting the game.
I click the Start Button game over at the website, I get the patch download checking window and after I finishes verifying the status of the game, the game goes into the black screen that is supposed to start the game, but it just stays there. It stops as a black window, taking about half the screen and doesn't go past that, it just stops working. When we click on that window, the game crashes, no error, no info, just goes kaboom.
She has Windows 7. I've tried running it in compatibility mode and AHNS gives me a "You're running this crap in compatibility mode" error and stops. I've also tried getting browserless launchers. Nothing has worked.
Any ideas?

Edit: Fixed this problem. I turn offed the User Account Control (annoying that asks permission to run shit) and set the .exes to "Run in administrator mode always".
