C'mon, you guys knew this was coming.
KOR Skill Tables updated. Clear your cache or CTRL + F5 to get the correct icons for the skills as some have changed.
Spearman:
- New animation for Hyperbody (effect (http://img824.imageshack.us/img824/6078/hyperbody.gif), affected (http://img829.imageshack.us/img829/8780/hbaffected.gif))
Cleric:
- New animation for Bless (effect (http://img808.imageshack.us/img808/4661/blesseffect.gif), affected (http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/7173/blessaffected.gif))
Corsair:
- Boarding the battleship now gives more WDEF (100 --> 700), MDEF (100 --> 700), HP (0 --> 600), MP (0 --> 600). These boosts stack. No I don't know how it works with HB.
Mechanic (I):
- Drill Rush and Mechanic Booster swap places.
- Healing robot and Atomic Hammer swap places
- They pretty much redid this job from the ground up. Pretty sure every single skill got changed in one way or another. Time to redo the skill tables entirely!

They haven't changed any of the other icons, so I doubt it.

Aww man. Just checked it out. Drill Rush has a horrible delay now. Seems like Warrior's 4th job Rush now.

I guess I'll ask this here instead of at the skill table thread. Why is Satellite listed three times? Do those three represent the damage ranges when 1, 2, and 3 Satellites are summoned respectively?

They haven't changed any of the other icons, so I doubt it.
They have changed a few, AFAIK.
Edit: Apparently just Strafe's.
A lot of the Adventurer's skills got revamped recently. I don't recall Fiel ever posting them, though. Spadow has them all on his blog.

I'm just going off of what I can immediately see off of Spadow's blog. I'm not all that familiar with this pomegranate. Don't trust my word on this stuff. You'd have to confirm this with Fiel.

Looking at the skill tables, i question why they moved drill rush to 1st job and that 3rd job skill to 2nd job. Smash is easily better than rocket punch. o.o

The "ghost" is supposed to be a reflection of the character "scaring" the monsters. In their fright, they lose some of their will to fight and therefore their weapon attack and defence fall. Their fright also makes them disoriented and causes a loss of accuracy. There. Nothing evil or supernatural about it, thus it fits. :)

And the worst. The Perfect Armor skill, was bugged because it only reflected 1 damage. Ok, they fixed that part, now it reflects 500% of the damage to the monster, but... When you have it activated, instead of getting damage, you HEAL the damage received. This means we're currently literally invincible. We don't get damaged at all, we get healed instead:

How many skills do they have in 3rd job now? Looking at the skill tables, it seems like they have 195 SP of skills. Are some of them just hidden skills?
Well, that's kind of not what I was expecting. I was only expecting minor damage nerfs. lol
Damn... Patching the kMST client bugged the files somehow... Now I have to redownload the entire thing.

Mechanics are much better now, imo.
The only thing that kind of bugs me is putting heavy smash and rocket punch in the same job. It's kinda useless except for it's long range. The guard skill in 2nd job turns damage into healing and also guards. Even at level 1 it provides complete godmode.

At skill tables, Sattelites is shown three times. It's only one in the skillbook, the other two are the same skill (Same thing that happened when skilltables showed double and triple swing separated for Arans). I'm not sure, but I think you have enough points to max everything in 3rd job, except one skill that would lack 2 points.

the hp increase too little because it is a 4th job skill.
mechanics got it at 1st job and +500 hp somemore.
I think at least 1000 more hp would be great.
the archer also have + hp% in 4th job.

so just camp on zak body and your safe the whole time :D i like that idea :P with the no knock back tank and no min range you will use like 50 mp pots the whole time :D

The ''god-mode'' for Mechanic seems more like a bug than something intentional to be honest. Either way it's getting fixed guaranteed, no question about it. :f1:
I don't get where this "God Mode" crap is coming from. When you get hit, you only heal like 6 HP and then at like a 10% chance, you lose the total damage you take from the monster. Really, you lose a LOT more HP than you heal with the Guard skill.

And well, yeah sometimes it fails and we get actually damaged, but that's very rare. I spent like 4 levels on C-1 without using any HP pot. Edit: And no, I didn't snipe.

Oh okay thanks, well since this is a balance patch i really hope Hero Pally and Drks have the same DPM, Well i been hearing lot of ppl saying that Crusher is faster after BB patch i guess they're just fake rumors thanks anyway :)

After watching some videos, it seems to me rocket jump has unlimited vertical range. Am I wrong, or does it really have no limitation, aside from needing a plat to jump to? It goes to the next highest plat above you, always, from what I understand. Can someone go to ludi tower and test this? One of those floors that count as "20 floors" or so, you know the ones I'm talking about. Just line your jump right past the teleporting platforms, and see if you can rocket to the top. A vid would be nice, too, cuz it would be funny to watch :P

Rocket jump has a height limit.

Back to the same old sentence: all class are good. just depend on your playing style.

Like others have said, really disappointing video. I wish he showed more 4th job skills. It looks like he only used Robot Factory (which looks pretty nice for bossing) and the ultimate.

Wow, that video was very disappointing. I'm hoping that guy was using like a level 10 gun and no 4th job skills or something.
Granted I did skip some of the vid since he seemed to be doing a big repeat, but I hope the mechanic has useful 4th job attacks. I'd check the other threads, but the skills are mainly in Korean and I've come across contradicting/confusing posts.
What I want to know is how the hell did he get to 170 so fast? The KMST rates are 1x EXP, so unless he was on 24/7 with insane hacking tools or botting, there's no way his real-life body is anything but painful.

He was probably late 2nd job when the change happened and he didn't max healing robot, so since the skills were literally switched he ended up with unmaxed hammer.

I have to say, that 120 video was 10 times more interesting than the 170 video. Seriously, he pretty much spammed hammer and did a different move every now and then. Meanwhile, the 120 video showed a nice variety of skills being chained together rather efficiently.

Yeah, I was expecting the missiles to rain down by the end of the summon, making it deal damage twice. But the missiles never poured. : (

this class still seems way too overpowered. they can take almost no damage, they can mob like arans, they have extreme mobility with rushing and flying and teleporting, they can heal themselves and the party, and they will most likely surpass sairs in DPM, and they consume no bullets...
can't wait till they come out and take the fun out of every other class, and the mechanic class itself by seeing 20 run by you everywhere you go.

I have to agree with this, sadly... usually when a new "overpowered" class is released, i find that it is not actually overpowered, but everyone else is underpowered and needs to be buffed...
but if every job was buffed to this current mechanic... i would be happy, but the game would lose much of it's challenge, and it's player base.

That would do more harm than good...heros/bishops can now accidentally buff over everyones apples/potions

And the teleporters work for EVERYONE? That is so useful. It'd be funny if Resistance could CWKPQ (I assume they can't, like every other non-Adventurer class), it would have made that one Menhir stage very interesting/easy.

I haven't been on my mechanic in a few days. It's fun and interesting at first, but like every other class, the glimmer dissipates after a while. It becomes really dull and listless.

Compared to their last ad about the poo stick, it's a huge improvement. If I were a prospective customer I would solidly refuse to click poo.
And on another note, there isn't even a poo stick item! False advertising is false.

If the class becomes dull after a while then it's probably not the class for you. For example I found the Hermit a fun class at first but it became as your said, dull and listless. Since the Brawler class was interesting but remained fun as I leveled, that's the class for me because it's glimmer have have dimmed a little but it never went out.

That's a terrible idea. Support classes will be asked to cast support skills without being in parties meaning bishops, bowmen and buccaneers (maybe dualblades post-BB and mechanics) would be screwed. (Support jobs are designed so that they have the same firepower as others with support skills cast. Since level accounts for 40% of the EXP awarded, it makes sense to ask these jobs who would be at a higher level than others to give the same amount of damage to leave the party and attack as a different entity where the EXP would be given based solely on damage)
It would be cool though, if they made a boss where the squad is like a huge party, so everyone gets the skills from everyone, and the exp gets shared between the whole squad (the boss would have to give lots of exp)
