SS for Pirates?

I think you guys misunderstood. This has been answered. Pirates' snow shoes are purple. Not the purple snow shoes that add speed, they actually have snow shoes just the same as other classes that are purple.

Also, if I recall, facestompers are NOT snow shoes despite what they look like.

The Snowshoes that add speed are Violet, not Purple. And if I recall correctly, they do not have the slip prevention, and neither do Yellows.

I don't know about Violet snowshoes but yellow snowshoes do provide grip. My lukless magician wears yellow snowshoes 24/7 and I never slide when in nath/nath maps.

Agree. If you care about your damage at all, you'd wear these over whatever else anyway. But if you just want the slip prevention, apparently snowshoes do exist for them. (eww slip prevention)

If you like Facestompers you could scroll it with the shoes for spikes scroll. (or something) It adds traction to it. You could scroll these if you really wanted to...

I wear Bosshunter Greaves because of the additional HP and nice avoid/def they provide, over Facestompers.They're awesome for Bowmasters and if Pirates can wear them, I'll be happy to find another set for my Captain. Facestompers don't make or break your damage; when your main stat/attack ratio is around 5, it's 10 stats clean. When it's around 6, it's 12 stats clean. It's 5-6 stats better than your typical 100 shoe (less at lower levels, and shouldn't ever top 10 stats), and for ranged classes I think the 100 HP is more important.

for me each attack is 7 dex, means my crappy 5 dex fs is like a 19 dex shoe.

Those scrolls have no effect on the item. Nexon Screwed Them Up.

They forgot to put the Pirate Equips for selling in each NPC (Level 30-40 equip)

You can buy level 30 equipment in Nautilus Port.

You can buy level 30 equipment in Nautilus Port.But you can't buy lvl 40 Pirates Equips in El Nath, like you can with all other classes, and also the Purple Snowshoes (The Pirate Snowshoes, not the Violet All-Class lvl 80 Snowshoes) were not added in the El Nath Armor store...

Hopefully Nexon is able to fix this next patch... :X

They do work.. I used that scroll on my FS and they have grip. Where did you dig up that rumor? :f3:
