There might be two different ETCs for both the reverse temple and normal one. They mixed those up, or you did.

This is correct. I noticed it on day one when trying to get bananas for the level 120+ quest, took me a while to notice the items' sprites are in reverse(as it's origin, the reverse side of GT, implies).
