Unable to recieve level 30 adventurer armor

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

When I got my slinger to level 30 just today I went to Casandra and she did not have a quest for me to get the level 30 overall, I got everything before that but she still doesn't have a quest, I'm worried because I think this may affect me with getting the adventurer ring, help please?

Did you get the lvl 10 untradeable weapon? The lvl 30 explorer weapon from the lvl 20 quest? If you don't complete these quests, then you don't get the armor, or medal, or ring.

That may be the problem, I'm pretty sure I did all the quests she had but I guess it could just be a bugged character, I wouldn't mind re leveling to 30
