So anyway, my Ice/Lightning Wizard is currently level 35. I need some ideas on training spots, I am on the lightning build, and yes, I have taken a look at the Training Refrence Guide for All Magicians but it is a bit outdated. I was thinking maybe those golden temple maps might be good, but I am unsure, any suggestions, CPQ is obviously a really good option but apart from that?

I'm also training an I/L to 50 for the ring event. What I'm personally doing is using a self 30 minute 2x buff once a day at White Mama Monkeys at Golden Temple, and then heading over to Truckers and mobbing like hell with Lightning. Truckers are weak to lightning, plus the mobs are insane and you can snipe from on top of signs/steps. It's a great training spot and I think I'll be staying there until I hit 50.
Oh and, I started at Truckers at 35. You'll miss a bit and the pot burn is a bit high but it's well worth it.

At times you may feel discouraged from cpqing, but cpq is the way to go. I made the mistake of not cpqing for a few levels, I quit for about a half a year from boredom. Then I became active again, cpqing, and im level 50. Well, 49 and 95%, but maplestory is offline right now.

i made a ice mage for the ring to lvl 50 in 3 days (no i didn't play nonstop, at most 2-3hrs a day).

day1: 1-31 (helm quests + subway pq)
days2: 31-40 (mush kingdom quests + lorangs with 2x buff + ring mule)
day3: 40-50 (truckers, took me only 2 hrs with 2x buff + ring mule + hs)
