Dual blade skill books drops?

I want to train the DB on the KMST account, but i don't have skill books for FA, slash storm, and mirror image. Does anyone know where a drop list might be? I know for a fact that the books drop.

As far as I know, flying assaulter 20 comes from griffey, slash storm 20 comes from hob king pq, and mirror image 30 comes from pap.
