I think the jump height should be increased, and "jump physics" added; like in Mega Man games where you can move left/right in midair in the midst of a jump, as well as being able to control the height of your jump depending on how long you press the button.

In addition, make boss/monster attacks more avoidable by jumping/ducking/moving in some way etc. Would make grinding/bossing a hell of a lot more fun.

Thoughts?

Running would be a good idea. I like the idea that you can avoid boss atacks normaly. I mean! the game now is like hit hit tank atack pot hit hit repeat untill boss is defeated.
I like dodging the snack stand´s lazor for example

Just replace our current physics system with the one we have on the DS version. The same goes for boss attacks. That would solve most, if not all movement problems we have right now. Add running while we're at it too, which doubles the current movement speed (double the speed cap while running, also works on mounts). Wasting 2 minutes to get from the left side to the right side of town is annoying.
