Image is self explanatory. Plus, I'm getting testimonies from Sleepywood that you can max some masteries.

I think that he got 5 SP for his new mastery when he lvled up o,o?

I think he means it's not like adventurers, who have to choose between maxing different skills within each job advancement.

You can max everything up to the 8th mastery (you even get some leftovers) idk about the others.

Even at 9th mastery you have:

Maple Warrior [30]
Illusion [30]
Flame Wheel [30]
Magic Mastery [30]
Hero's Will [5]

From the looks of it you get a boost of SP when you make the higher advancements, so with that in mind, 120-160 is 120 SP meaning you can max the 4 lvl 30 skills and there is a strong chance you'll wind up having 5 pts for Hero's Will...

...I love Evan

So Nexon did something right.

Goddangit, I'm maxing Magic Shield for 5th mastery first, thinking that Magic Flare would eventually be replaced -_-.

ITT: We find out Evan can max every skill in their skillbook

Is there a skill you have a choice to max?

So what happens in 10th mastery?

160-200: 125 SP

Dark Fog, Soul Stone, Blaze, Onyx Blessing = 110 SP

That leaves 15 SP for nothing. I wonder if Evans will get a new skill in the future, since 15 SP is enough for a new skill.

Leave it for MW 60.

Evan can max every single skill in every single Mastery. That's right. All of them. And here's how.

Masteries 1-5 (levels 10-60)

From leveling up, you get 10*3=30 SP, plus 3 for attaining that Mastery, for a total of 33. The quests in these masteries give you 7 SP total, for a total of 40 SP. Since each of these Masteries has 2 skills with master levels of 20, you have exactly enough SP to max everything in the first 5 Masteries.

Notes: There's a bug with Magic Guard Mastery Book where using the book sometimes gives you 1 SP in MG. It didn't for me, so I have 0 SP remaining in that Mastery and both skills maxed, but I've seen screenshots where someone still has 1 SP left over. I imagine that if this bug still exists, it happens with Critical Magic and Booster as well. EDIT: Confirmed that this bug still happens and it happens with all 3 NX mastery books.

6th Mastery (60-80)

Our first 20 level mastery. We get a total of 20*3=60 SP, plus 3 from attaining that Mastery for a total of 63. In addition, there are two quests that give 1 SP each, raising the total SP to 65.

Critical Magic, Magic Booster, and Slow all need 15 SP, and Dragon Thrust takes 20. 15+15+15+20=65. We have exactly enough to master everything.

7th + 8th (80-120)

No more quests at this point, so all of our points have to come from leveling and advancing. Both are 20 level Masteries, so 20*3=60 SP, plus 5 from advancing, for a total of 65. Yes, you read that right. You get FIVE from advancing your Mastery from 7th-10th Masteries. This is how you can max all of your skills.

7th Mastery SP total: 15+20+20+10=65. (Magical Amplification, Breath, Killing Wing, and Magic Resistance respectively)
8th Mastery SP total: 10+20+20+15=65. (Dragon Fury, Earthquake, Ghost Lettering, and Recovery Aura respectively)

9th + 10th (120-200)

These last two masteries have 40 levels each. So for each, we have 40*3=120 SP, plus 5 from Mastery advancement, for a total of 125.

9th Mastery SP total: 30+30+30+30+5=125. (Maple Warrior, Magic Mastery, Illusion, Flame Wheel, and Hero's Will respectively)
10th Mastery SP total: 30+30+30+20=110. (Blessing of Onyx, Blaze, Dark Fog, and Soul Stone respectively).

As you can see, everything that Evan has can and will be mastered. In fact, you will have every Evan skill mastered by 195.

Haha, Evan have easy mode. They get everything, with SP to spare. I wonder what compelled Nexon America to come up with this simple yet effective idea? Will it change in kMS? Heck, is this version of Evan SP progression only for gMS?

It's the same in KMS, we've just never had any English guides that accurately showed how much SP Evans gain. In fact, GMS has more extra SP due to the Cash Shop mastery books giving 1 free SP.

I hope they use that extra 15 SP in 10th mastery for a useful skill someday. I'd like to see 10 SP allocated to Soul Stone, raising it's mastery to 30 and allowing it to buff the entire party when maxed. The remaining 5 SP could be used for a skill that cancels Super Wep/Magic Def and Damage Reflect, but has a cooldown. *Wishful thinking* :f3:

I thought we knew they could max everything a while back?

Nah, we only knew the first four masteries.
