For those of you who do have Big Bang, could you tell me how much damage it does uncharged compared to fully charged?

Just a general glimpse at the uncharged range, and the charged range. There's no need for the absolute minimum and maximum, just within a few hundred points is good.

With level 1 big bang, uncharged does around 1-1.5kk while fully charged does 7-8k.

Could be wrong tho, not too confident in my memory.

It's different depending on magic attack and random chance, as well as the monster's mdef.

My own level 1 uncharged seems to range from ~900 to ~2000 (although the 2k hit only happened once in my trial just now, I suspect it may be that I held the button down a fraction of a second too long). My fully charged is about 7.5k~10.5k.

It's worth noticing that physical range aside, I'm almost always better off using SR instead of Big Bang. While I can do up to 10k in 3 seconds time, I could be hitting ~6k neutral three times in that much time with SR. Maxing Big Bang closes this enormous DPS gap, but that's 30 SPs used just to have a neutral attack as roughly strong as your 3rd job elemental attack is, and personally, I think that's a step backward. The place where max Big Bang is allowed to really shine, is element neutrality and to an even greater degree elemental resistance. But that too is a step backward... this is endgame, how can we have so many monsters that basically say "no, you can't hit us, no you can't kill us". It's really not fair to see all these things resistant and neutral and it serves no purpose to make life hell for those who have had enough hell already, the Mages and the Paladins.

My Level 1 Big Bang does around 850 uncharged and can do well over 10k fully charged~

I have no idea what my level 1 BB did. Others posts seem about right from what I remember.

My level 30 BB does around 4800-5k at fastest release.

And what's its minimum and maximum at full charge?

A quick question, when fighting bosses strong to elements, would it be better DPS to use the 4th job single target att, magic claw, big bang uncharged, or big bang charged?

That's kind of completely unrelated, but assuming it's strong to all elements,
Fully charged Big Bang > Paralyze > Chain Lightning > Uncharged Big Bang > Magic Claw

BB uncharged-just a quick button tap is at 6-7kfor me. fully charged upwards of 60k avg 89k max.

Seems the average uncharged Big Bang is approximately 10~15% of maximum damage potential (67.5 base attack before amp at max). That being said, it appears Magic Claw > uncharged Big Bang, my bad. Also, there shouldn't be a reason to not charge Big Bang outside of potting at a boss of such scenario.
