Hi,
today i came up with that thought of the rides in maplesotry,it makes no sense while u think about it!
if a player disconnects,he should be back up to the map he used to be in before of the ride,even if its like a minute before landing... so i suggest a great new improvement,that should improve logic as well:
if someone disconnects while on a ship,he will not return to the station map! he will have to swim/dive/go back/fly back/whatever to his other location from the place he stopped at.
here are examples ill give:
disconnection on boat from ellinia to orbis:
when you log in you'll land on a different map,florina beach/nautiulus like with a lot of water and few landspots(islands)
you'll have to go 5 maps but "swimming"(walking or using taming mob basiclly) to ellinia:
<On the Way to Ellinia> Island 1
<On the Way to Ellinia> Island 2
<On the Way to Ellinia> Island 3
<On the Way to Ellinia> Island 4
<On the Way to Ellinia> Island 5
<On the Way to Ellinia> Near the Harbour
Once youl Leave the map "<On the Way to Ellinia> Near the Harbour" you'll not be able to go back,you'll just simply appear in the allinia station map,so you cannot go backwards to the sea if someone thinks he can.
disconnection on boat from orbis to ellinia:
5 maps and swimming as well,but 3 maps will be swimming and 2 maps will be like climbing on the mountains(logically,orbis is in the sky so you cannot swim over there..)

in the maps of climbing mountains youll have many ropes.
disconnection On boat from Ellinia to Ereve:
5 maps,this is the easiest way to return,ereve is in the skies as well as orbis so only thing you have to do is to "Fall" from the clouds back to Ellinia! in the first map you'll be on a big cloud just jump down and youll fall down,each map is the same but you have clouds you can step your foot on so you have to jump down on them as well:

because the flight is really short,you'll have to go back two maps only
these maps will include huge ice cubes you can step your foot on and cold water you can swim on..
once you enter the cold water every 10 seconds you lose 20 hp(because its cold!)
