I want to make a comic but I don't have a clue how I make the panels in it..

I have paint.net but It's way too confusing... If anyone has a download for a easier way to make comics please post it. Or if you know how to make comics in Paint.net, show me the way! :P

Use the "Rectangle Drawing Tool".
