2010 Winter King/Queen Medal causing Lag/DC? And its expiration date?

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

So, my friends first experienced severe lag after obtaining the extended version of this medal. At 1st, I thought it might have been their internet provider. However, after obtaining the new medal myself, I, too, started experiencing this lag. Plus, the website says the medal lasts for 30 days, but mine lasts for 240 days (Aka 8 months).

NOTE: This lag did not start until AFTER I got this medal. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yea, this medal is real buggy. The quest ends for some reason when you go and CC. As far as lag, I hadnt really gotten any. Maybe dropping the medal and regetting it again the next day will fix the lag.

If you drop it (the 8 month one) you get a 1 day medal again.

Haven't noticed any lag with the long-term medal, but AAARRRGH :hothead: the LIGHTBULB :hothead:
Ahem, excuse me, forgot this isn't the Angry Dome.
Anyway, even after you get the long-term medal, Cassandra wants to give you another 1-day medal, which she can't do unless you drop your long-term medal.
So the lightbulb pops up over your head and cannot be removed.
When did you say this event ends?

I magicaly got the medal today, and i dont have any kind of lag, the only thing I complain about is... THE fucking lightbulb!!!

I'm experiencing this lag too. I don't think there is a connection beteen the medal expiring in September and this random lag though. I think i'm just gonna drop the medal and get the 30 day legit one. Nexon might erase the bugged ones but i'm not so sure. This bug sound like something Nexon will notice.

I doubt they will erase it, they cant do that... can they? D:

We know they can alter individual items, they did so with the glitched HT pendants. I'm sure they can change the expiration dates on the bugged medals.

Honestly though, if they didn't fix the expiring item glitches, I highly doubt they'll regard this as more than a visual glitch.

The glitch will resolve itself in 8months!
