A Question on Comparing the Ravens.

Alright. So I have enough dexterity for a Casters from my equips and statistics, which is also equivalent to a Dawn Raven's dexterity requirement. Looking at this, it would benefit me more to have a Dawn Raven versus a Night Raven, due to the 5 Weapon Attack advantage. However, the Night Raven has Faster(3), versus a Fast(4). I'm wondering if booster will enable the Faster(3) to become a (2). I know that with booster, (4) will become a (3). Can booster make the speed become a (2)? I don't know if it's possible or not.

That would be Fastest(2) which is currently believed not to exist.

What exactly do you mean by the same speed? According to Fiel's GMS Extractions, they have different speeds, unless you're talking about after booster.

Booster can just make the speed to (3)
