Finesse gets a 10, no sweat. I love the skill, much more valuble to me than Nimble Body.
Precision would be good if it only works for daggers since sins get critical later on and I think it would overpower them...
The dagger knockback skill I don't like at all though. I would keep all the Rogue skills the same except finesse--love it.

The only problem is this isn't class balancing, this is making NLs OP. They attack 100 times a minute, and 3 times each with indipendant damage. With precision, they'd do max damage on average 3 times a minute. Even with low level sins, with enough accuracy they could easily kill any boss with less than 200k HP in one hit.

(I'm new so I don't know the flashy forum styles :P) Corsair Class: Homing in 3th job at max lvl 10%+ damage too not make it suck as much in third job. Grenade, simply bigger range of attack. Gaviota needs too be able too be macroed with octopus and could use a slight damage increase over lvl's 1-30 as in 200-400 attack instead of 200-300 attack. Summons need too work with homing. Burn effect effectivenss should be increased and last hypnotize should be either a passive buff too grenade, a charge like skill, a party skill anything that improves it (Imagine airstriking hypno bombs too make the skeles wage war on each other :O).
This would be what I'd liked too see in the balance changes. Buffs I don't agree with: Recoil shot cooldown lowered. Rapid fire, Double shot and ice splitter should've received less of a damage boost.

-disorder will lower w.att and w.def by a %, much smarter since it allows you to actually use it the rest of your bandit career. it's an underrated skill, the ONLY anti aggro skill in the game.
-i like your finese skill so let's throw that in. however, in 4th job, with maxed shadow shifter, on a good day we can have 50% passive avoid before avoid stats... soo.. that's pretty godly. i think it should only have the 10% avoid boost with monsters lower than your current level, also, a lot of bandits could leave their haste at level 15 with your finese skill speed and jump boost. fine with me, though!
-if endure and dark sight are maxed, endure works in darksight.
-shield mastery also doubles m.def, and passively raises def by 20 points and m.def 10 at max level
-chakra's cast should be faster but cost more MP (40 or something like that)
-i think assaulter should be a tiny bit faster. after using it so much, it would make it feel right. it's got an awkward pause [that's getting patched though]
-steal should work on bosses. it honestly, should, it makes no sense that it doesn't. you can steal from any other boss in any other RPG. and with how maplestory works, nobody is going to just get into zakum to try to steal one item and leave. plus, only one bandit could pull it off anyway, it's not as though 20 bandits could come in and steal items from zakum and bail. there's no point to handicap steal from bosses, period, especially since you have the same amount of chances to get any other item with steal. to me, it's a small, overlooked point that reinforces my theory that steal does increase droprate.
-taunt should work on bosses. it's total BS that priests can get a 150% exp boost whenever they want, but a shadower can't get a measly 40% exp boost from a boss if they want it? MAKE TAUNT WORKON BOSSES! it used to!
also i don't think we need any damage boosts, we just need speed boosts on all our attacks to make us balanced, but whatever. they can't fucking get it right with arans so everyone else gets pumped up unnecessarily and in the future we get normal monsters that are way too difficult and have way too much HP or m.att or some junk like that with the same horrific amount of exp.
also, since i'm on a tiny rant, i personally despise all the 'region' maps, like malaysia, singapore. they seriously make me want to slit my wrists, they are so completely boring, the monsters make zero fucking sense... i just hate it all. i don't understand why they ever started them, they totally shatter the 4th wall and cheapen the entire game.

Priests do NOT get a 150% boost if they are by themselves. it's 110% if they're alone. So no, they don't get it whenever they want. Even in a party of two... the total best exp possible that they can get is 110% of the original... it wont go higher (that's after adding in the party bonus exp). It's only major boost if there's a party, meaning everyone in the party gets the benefit not just the priest.

Ok, priests gets the boost all the time, improved when partied... Yes, it's improved. He can kill too. And it's valuable for getting a party easily.
Why not make it still work on bosses but only have a lower effect? Consider that it's worse at training because you have to actually spend an extra attack for it to work.
