What amount of dex is adequate? I want to be a Low-Dex'd DrK.

40 would be the max i'd pump it to, but I'd need awesome equiptment, even with that, I think.. For yellonde, what Base should I be? Should I keep it at a certain number and save points to add when needed? etc

If you have money (real life), you can be completely dexless and use the MTS. I'd go for 50~60 and lower it as I see fit once I get equips.

You can try buying your own stuff from the other world, thus you only have to lose tax money on MTS and meso in your older world o_O

10~20 dex is not at all hard at this point, there are very low acc monsters to train on (particularly STDs and FoG). Just keep upgrading your gear as you level up...

Depends on what kind of overall you can get, Shoes, cape, etc. Otherwise with a low dex cap I'm fairly certain 80+ will be slow if you plan on leveling fast because you will be unable to get a zhelm until there is some fully helmed zrun group, so you might have to go a bit higher than 40, but probably not more than 50 or so max, maybe if you grab some sky ski things will be better until a zhelm comes along.
